This easy-to-make stew is packed full of flavor and is sure to be a hit with the whole family. Let's get cooking! ##Ingredients * 2 lbs. stew beef, cubed * 1 large onion, diced * 2 cloves garlic, minced * 2 tablespoons olive oil * 1 teaspoon cumin * 1 teaspoon oregano * 1 teaspoon chili powder * 1 teaspoon paprika * Salt and pepper to taste * 2 cups beef broth * 2 large potatoes, peeled and cubed * 2 large carrots, peeled and cut into ½-inch pieces ##Instructions ###Step 1 Heat the olive oil in a large pot over medium-high heat. Add the beef cubes and season with the cumin, oregano, chili powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Cook for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the beef is lightly browned. ###Step 2 Add the onions and garlic to the pot and cook for an additional 5 minutes, until the onions are softened. ###Step 3 Add the beef broth and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low and simmer for about 45 minutes. ###Step 4 Add the potatoes and carrots to the pot and simmer for an additional 30 minutes, or until the vegetables are tender. ###Step 5 Serve the Guisado De Res Con Papas hot with your favorite sides.
