Let's get started! ## Recipe: Ceviche De Pescado Con Camarones ### Ingredients - 1 pound of fresh white-fleshed fish, such as snapper or cod - 1/2 pound of large shrimp, peeled and deveined - 2 large limes, juiced - 2 tablespoons of olive oil - 1/2 cup of chopped red onion - 1/4 cup of chopped cilantro - 1/2 cup of diced tomatoes - 1/2 jalapeno pepper, seeded and diced - 1/4 teaspoon of cumin - 1/4 teaspoon of cayenne pepper - Salt and pepper to taste ### Instructions 1. Cut the fish and shrimp into 1/2-inch cubes. Place in a bowl, cover with lime juice and refrigerate for at least one hour. 2. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the red onion and jalapeno pepper and cook until softened, about 5 minutes. 3. Add the diced tomatoes and cook until softened, about 5 minutes. 4. Add the cumin, cayenne pepper, salt, and pepper and stir to combine. 5. Remove from heat and stir in the cilantro and marinated fish and shrimp. 6. Serve chilled with tortilla chips or crackers.
