Double Peanut Butter Ice Cream Sandwiches
Ingredients Needed
- 2 cups creamy peanut butter - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract - 2/3 cup sugar - 2 tablespoons butter, melted - 8 graham crackers - 1/4 cup chocolate chips - 2 pints ice cream (vanilla, chocolate, or peanut butter)Instructions
Step 1:
In a medium bowl, combine the peanut butter, vanilla extract, sugar, and melted butter. Mix until combined.Step 2:
Spread 1/4 of the mixture on four of the graham crackers.Step 3:
Place the remaining four graham crackers on top.Step 4:
