Easy Red White Blue Desserts

Trying to come up with a delicious dessert for your next 4th of July picnic or Memorial Day gathering? Red, White, and Blue desserts are always a hit and you can’t go wrong with this Easy Red, White, and Blue Dessert!

Ingredients

  • 1 package white cake mix
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1/2 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup fresh raspberries

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F and grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the cake mix, butter, and eggs and mix until combined.
  3. Press half of the batter into the bottom of the prepared baking dish.
  4. Sprinkle the blueberries, white chocolate chips, and raspberries on top of the batter.
  5. Spread the remaining batter on top of the berries.
  6. Bake in preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  7. Allow to cool before serving.
