Let's get started! ## Recipe for Tomato and Cheese Pasta #### Ingredients: - 1 lb. of penne pasta - 1 tablespoon of olive oil - 2 cloves of garlic, minced - 1 can of diced tomatoes - 1 teaspoon of Italian seasoning - 1/2 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese - 1/4 cup of grated Parmesan cheese - Salt and pepper to taste #### Instructions: 1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. 2. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the penne pasta and cook according to the package instructions. 3. Meanwhile, heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the garlic and sauté for 1 minute. 4. Add the diced tomatoes and Italian seasoning and cook until the tomatoes are softened, about 5 minutes. 5. Once the pasta is cooked, drain it and add it to the skillet. Stir to combine. 6.
