Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). 2. In a medium bowl, mix together 1 cup flour and confectioners' sugar. Cut in butter until mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Press into an 8x8 inch baking pan. 3. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes in the preheated oven, until golden. 4. In a small bowl, whisk together the eggs, white sugar and 2 tablespoons flour.
